I'm still mourning the loss of Cemitas Puebla on 57th where I wish you'd have opened another location .

I avoid 53rd St almost at all costs now, unless I have someone to run in and pick up my call in order.

Cemitas is an interesting cautionary tale in building to big too fast.

Let's talk about this past event...yes, including the snow!

From some of the worst Chicago lakeshore flooding in years, to gusts over 50 mph, to 2-3" of January rain, to a wintry mix causing slick roads, the past couple days were sure active! Thank you to many of you for sharing your reports, as well as exercising extra caution if outside or traveling.

Also we realize that snowfall amounts, just one characteristic of this complex event, were less than forecast in many parts of northern IL north of I-80. More on the snowfall forecast challenges can be found in the second graphic attached to this post.
