The Titans are the strongest in the facet where the Packers are the weakest. They might not throw a pass the entire game. Packers run game would be eliminated. They would have a chance but it would take a herculean effort from Rogers and Adams. Titans would be a bad matchup for them.

He don't throw deep too often, true..but he takes a lot of 5 and 7 step drop backs and naked boots.. I'd just stack 9 dudes in the box most of the game..send em hard..you're filling running gaps if the run and hitting JG if he's passing. And if he'ses going play action or bootleg he's gonna turn around with a Packer in his face.
