They could have hired John DeFilippo. He was the guy that MANY wanted the Bears to hire over Nagy. He's off the Reid tree and he's only been fired twice in the last 2 years.

Not enough knowledge about the people who were available. I would have preferred someone who wasn't a former quarterback. I think they have that position covered. Not sure if this is something Reid does.

I am concerned about not not having some college or pro relationships based on the way he ascended.
