Not to mention poetry. Also, pop culture questions that are clearly geared towards females.

Even the dudes are Jeopardy are baffled by sports and general pop culture questions. SS has Frank on ignore. Sad!

There was one a few weeks ago where they asked which classic ballpark the Patriots used to play at. One person said Comiskey Park. The other said Wrigley Field. Absolutely mind-boggling.

Sports categories are the best. It's the only time I can feel intellectually superior to the nerds on Jeopardy!

We watched the show they produced to announce and promo this recent tourney, kinda a behind the scenes thing. They showed how the producers set the board up as far as categories, etc, but I don't remember if they came right out and said how the DD get placed. I doubt they alter the board after the show starts, but who really knows?

One writer recounted his catagory on American Football. Not a single contestant rang in on any of the questions, including "Tom Landry coached this famous franchise...'

Okay, that's a Boomer question, I guess.

Holzhauer would be the exception of course, a sports gambler living in Vegas.
