I went back to a flip phone. Its fine. I can even still bet on the horses.

And its got nothing to do with being spied on. I dont care about that. It's about the command it has over your life, and that's the real insidious side to it. Its the most addictive thing on the planet and it is designed to make you as miserable as possible.

I asked my wife to order up some pretty obscure natural supplements to combat gout. When I got on line later that day, there was an advertisement for the specific brand I use.

Of course. Who in their right mind thinks Alexa or Siri or Cortana or any smart device that is on is only voice activated with the word "Hey". "Hey"' is the word that gets them to answer.
