Might have. Crazy as it sounds. I worked with a Police officer year ago that did something similar though the husband didn't die.

I guess he told her that he was ending things at a Breakfast spot in Rogers Park. As they exited the place she pulled out a gun and shot him and his daughter by another woman. Later she turned the gun on herself and blew her brains out.

I always wonder about gun owning women. A CPD lead hostage negotiator once explained in a class how, if shooting was going to start, to shoot the women first.
