You can. I would't though, unless you have a dedicated fryer. You'll mess up the oil.

There's already something out there like it

Chicken Fried Chopped Steak...or Poor Man's Chicken Fried Steak. It's a breaded, deep fried burger pattie, for all intents and purposes.

Portugal, France, Italy

I could go "European Son" if I want to revive the trend of naming burgers after songs only me and Curious Hair like.

So much easier for Kuma's. They can just call it "Satan's Taint" or something and be done with it.

So what’s the burger this month? Or did you decide (probably wisely) to not run it by us anymore?

With a case of Corona showing up in Portage Park this month's burger should be a play on that. maybe something you can eat through a mask?

Finally made it up to BRGRBELLY up North today.

It was fantastic! Had a Leadbelly (no onions) and fries and Cinnamon Beignets. The Missus had a Good Night Irene (crabcake hamburger) and loved it, and she got an Old Time Religion to bring to work tomorrow. Even my daughter, the second-pickiest eater in the world (my youngest son is first), enjoyed her grilled cheese and fries. It's amazing how you can taste the quality in the meat; it tasted like no other burger I have had. BRGRBELLY is considerably better than anything in my neighborhood, even the place Bagels recommended. You've heard the expression, "It's like a party in my mouth"? Well, this place is like a party in your mouth, but it's a party with you and fifty chicks and they are all into you. This place is as good as having Zina Bash dropped on top of you. I'll be back, without a doubt.

It was a long drive, but the roads were clear and the twilight illuminated the greatest skyline on the continent strongly enough to bring out every line but softly enough to color every window with a calm blue or orange or pink. A fine evening.

My only complaint was that while I was driving around wasting time (I arrived too early), I saw like twelve million people wearing Cubs hats or hoodies. I wanted to punch those people that I saw. And before someone accuses me of being a barbarian, think about this: If you were in Finland and saw a bunch of criminals, would you just be like, "Well, I am in Finland, so I can't do nothing about it. Oh well. . ." ? People who live in glass houses, as They say.

I think he has enough ideas gleaned from that favorite toppings thread to fill the menu for the rest of the year.

I forgot to tell him about my peanut butter/grape jelly/Miracle Whip sandwich...

The CV cost me a visit to the place. Live in Brookfield so it's not really close, but I had a few weeks of meetings coming up by the Lycee Francais on the north side and was going to stop on the way back. Now they're horrible remote meetings.
