You kidding? He suffered the most out of all the characters!

That lived to the end, yes.

Walt's son. Pretty broke.

The first scene in the cage you could tell they were purposely trying to frame him from looking so fat. Then it was just like ah fuck it the camera can only do so much.

Yep, thought the same thing.

It was just ok. Probably really not even necessary but kind of interesting. Like a lost episode of the tv series. I didn’t hate it but thought there were some slow parts. Sad and happy to see Forster in there as his last role. He was superb.

Finally watched this.
Went in with with minimal expectations and enjoyed it very much.

I honestly could have done without the Walter White flashback. Did absolutely nothing for the movie. Loved the focal point of Todd and just how weird they made his character. Good stuff.

it wasn't great and it wasn't bad. It was fine, but I'm not sure we even needed this story to be told. It was kind of hard watching how badly the actor who had played Todd had let himself go. I remember him back in Friday Night Lights. He had started to let himself go by the time he filmed that Black Mirror episode but by this time, holy shit he is like 75 pounds overweight.

He bangs Kirsten Dunst when he goes home.

I think he’s doing fine.

My biggest problem was the absolute ineptitude on display from the police to believe that all of the things in that movie could happen and be done by the most sought after person in America. Jesse also took over the Walter White superhero gene to get away with everything he did with relative ease.

Right. I think satellites would pick up his car leaving the scene relatively easily, not to mention helicopters.

Who knows, though, maybe things are different in the desert. I would tend to give Gilligan the benefit of the doubt, though.

Satellites? Lol.. he's far too insignificant to warrant the military-nasa for satellites.

What did he really pull off? And what was he really on the run for? 3 days before he got moved to Alaska.. Whitey Bulgar was walking around Santa Monica for 20 years and he had every fed in the country looking for him.. there's a shitbag from Arizona who killed a couple armored car guards and robbed a truck.. the feds been looking for him for 15 years.

Obviously spoiler alert here.

He escaped a crime scene with 100 police cars and ditched it at his two best friends houses. He then broke into an active crime scene for one of the people who were arrested there. He also snuck into his parents house. He went and killed a few people too with witnesses. He then went to the vacuum store and got the police called on him and clearly made it out without being detected.

I guess it is a fair point that some people have gotten away with hiding for a long time but I also don't think they kept on doing things that would get police attention.

Looking back on it, I guess a hardened criminal paying for LoJack to monitor his car's every move was the hardest thing for me to believe.

  As Rick pointed out, other than burglary, murder, trespassing, obstruction of justice, assault, robbery, and probably grand theft auto, Jesse didn't pull off anything.

After reading a bit of this thread, I went into this with very tepid expectations. Those were exceeded. My wife and I took it in this weekend and I generally enjoyed it, but was not blown away. The fat Todd and Walt's weird looking bald cap were a bit wonky, but didn't take away from the overall film.
