Was that the Jessica Biel-Bill Pullman show?

Yeah

I watched the first season. It was pretty good. Kind of like True Detective a little bit.

Haven't seen any other seasons though.

Shit. There's more than one?

Season 1 was fine. Unfortunately the highlight of the entire season happened right off the bat.

The Spy, Very good through three episodes so far. True story about a Jew posing as a Syrian.

The WWII series in color is very strong. Great commentators. I agree about the Unabomber and Aaron Hernandez. Solid shows.

The show “I’m Sorry” is entertaining as well. Adult sit com in LA. Fun to watch with your wife,

I watched the first episode of "The Pharmacist" last night. For those of you into the "true crime" type shows, this may be right up your alley. The first episode is very emotionally powerful as it profiles a drug deal gone bad and a father's quest to get to the truth of what actually happened. This series is off to a very compelling start.

We also watched the first episode. I't's only 4 episodes total. Should be interesting.

Theres 2 of them on there I believe, the newest one is really good, they add takes that the 1st one doesn't have.

The Ottoman Empire series/documentary and 'Oasis' docs are really good as well.

I'm currently watching the 'Age of Tanks' doc which is actually looking good so far.

Finished “The Stranger”

Decent, interesting, and worth watching. A lot packed into a series and quite far-fetched but entertaining nonetheless.

I just started watching the Ottoman Empire series. I've seen a few eps, it's solid.

Malcolm X Documentary

Naturally, Corey Booker is friendly with the man who allegedly killed Malcolm X. Claims to have never heard the story despite EVERYONE in Newark being aware of it.

I really hate the way Netflix is laid out now.Makes it extremely hard to find things especially new releases. Add in the fact that it comes up with really strange shit it thinks I might be interested in.

On the plus side, they have finally given the option to shut off the annoying “auto-play” feature that begins every time you pause on something.

Season 2 is definitely like True Detectives in that there were so many possibilities for a good story that they showed you along the way but the writer chose to most boring version and didn't tie up any of the story lines.

I’m about finished with Altered Carbon s1.

Ordered the first 3 volumes of Locke & Key to read before I dive into the Netflix series.

Saw they added s3 of Chef Show. Def going to check that out.

The Wolfgang Puck episode was fun. Sam Raimi one was okay too.

I am watching right now. WTF,How does Booker even claim deny any knowledge? Thank the Lord he is out of the running. How the fuck does no law enforcement agency go after the guy especially now? Plus, Fuck the N.O.I. a good idea that got hijacked by greedy fucks. I was losing interest in the first couple of episodes when it looked like they where going down the "whitey" did it route.

I got a question ,serious, if Malcom was alive today would we be better off and would he have been able to beat down the race baiters like Sharpton and Jackson?

"Unsolved: Biggie and Tupac" is not bad; lot of fictional stuff, but entertaining.

Locke and Key is fun but really makes the characters stupid at times.

Altered Carbon S2 is pretty good. Not as naked as S1. Still, has some star power.

Worth a watch for the first couple seasons. Main story is pretty much over after the third season. Everything after that was bad, like they didn't originally think the story would go more then three seasons.

Watching HOW now on a recommendation. Pretty good through the first 4 eps.

Anthony Mackie is a good actor, but good lord Altered Carbon 2 was a convoluted mess.

S1’s world building was excellent, and the more personal story of s2 fell so flat.
