Her message

Today I gave my letter of resignation to 670 The Score. I enjoyed the time that I spent working at the Score, but its time for me to move on to the next chapter in my life.

I made some great relationships while working there, and worked with some great people.

I also have to say that there are quite a few people who work at the Score who have extraordinary talent and hopefully someday they will be able to show it!

I will be working with Mike North, but I’m not at liberty to say where yet! We will be letting everyone know very soon! I’m very excited to continue working with Mike, he is extremely talented, and a great entertainer.

She cant say because Menards hasnt called back yet about the 2-10 shift. I said it before, Jen seems like a nice gal, but feeling she has any idea what good radio talent is, I will go elsewhere for that info.

She was the odd person out. Rock, Fred; they jumped at opportunities to get back to work. She took longer to grab an open chair when the music stopped playing.

No. You're clinging to the Mike North nipple.

Nothing wrong with it, Jen, but don't act like you had a choice. He's the only reason you were in radio and the only reason you will continue to be in radio.

I doubt the Score was offering you an Executive Producer job after North left. You probably were offered back up things and weekend producing. I doubt there were other stations in town bidding for you to read the news.

No, Jen. It's the same chapter. Looks like it will be more childish converstions with North on the air with him making sexual comments to you.

A different chapter would have been staying at the Score without Pappy. Or going anywhere else without riding Pappy's coat tails.

Once again, I don't blame her. Just find it funny the way she put it. Like she had options.

I take this to mean he won't be doing, thankfully, sports.

I think it means another shitfest for a show that will also be very low rated. His face would break a TV camera, hi def would not be kind to him and for radio, he's already proven he's a ratings loser. It also won't pay a mil.

Well, according to her bio, she did serve as a reporter for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy. Maybe NBC needs a pinhead to unwittingly provide some comic relief during their coverage of the Beijing Games.

Pappy's new show is called "Hey Chicago"? It will be a night show from 7-10pm? It's on WMAQ?

Are you aware that WMAQ radio doesn't exist anymore? It was taken over by the Score.

You said it with some authority so maybe you know something. Maybe WMAQ is coming back.
