Now that we are awesome, the bandwagon is starting to get a bit too heavy. I don't mind the newcomers to the Sox. Welcome aboard. I don't want these sellouts who have been fawning over the warm and fuzzy cubbies the past few years. This thread is for the not invited list. I'll start:

1. Bernstein- really wouldn't he be at the top of everyone's list. Even when he comes back it will nothing but appreciation for the frugality of Reinsdorf and the ability of Hahn to negotiate contracts
2. Mully- fuck this Herman Munster looking hump. The guy sells out everything that he is. Why should he be accepted back when you know he will be disloyal again.

Nas.

Dude wore a W flag like a toga during the 2016 NLCS. Just like you can't have a favorite kid, you can't have two favorite Chicago baseball teams.

What did Mulli do that was so objectionable, other than be bad at his job?

Nas is always welcome. I'm hoping the Sox teach him to finally love a baseball. As the Lord and Bill the Butcher said "you are neither hot nor cold and so I will spew you from my mouth"

today or just generally?

Today, White Sox fan Mully said how he couldn't wait to watch 26 spring training Cub games and that he loves being able to see a clip of Ryan Dempster playing catch in the OF.

Yes. Mully (and to a lesser extent, Mac) were the only true Sox fans at the station for a long time. Mully would repeatedly make fun of the Cubs as well. That changed when the Cubs moved to 670AM.

Chris Tannehill is the most dedicated Sox fan at 670.

I didn't hear his comments this morning, but as Frank said Mully is, and has always been, a Sox fan. I'll forgive him his pro Cubs comments as they seem to be made with the proverbial gun to the back.

Mully can still take station directives and not fawn all over anything and everything Cub. I give him no credit.

Are we counting Herb as being at 670?

I'd disagree and say he has been the most enthusiastic of Cub fans at the station since The Synergy

I was a White Sox fan when you were still shitting in Pampers. No one intentionally tortures themselves being a fan of both teams unless it's genuine.

The way you love AJ is the way I loved my first child Ashley. I was afraid that I wouldn't love my 2nd child anywhere close to Ashley. Then I saw her little face smile and I was hooked. You'll understand that soon. Being told by everyone that I had to give up one team made me cling to both even more.

In fairness to you and others I haven't been a good fan outside of the Bears over the past 10 years. I used to watch over 120 Sox games a year and there were seasons I didn't miss a game. I'm down to maybe 30 or 40 and highlights now. I haven't watched 5 complete Bulls games in a couple years.

I'm starting to become an honorary Sox fan.

Nothing to do with the team, the park is just easier to take the kids to, and cheaper.

My daughter ran into AJ at a Florida airport while waiting for her bag. Julie, was a very good fast pitch player in high school and knows the game well. She introduced herself to AJ as a White Sox fan and he was very nice to her and gave her an autograph. AJ is one of my favorite White Sox players of all time both for his play and his personality. I love to tease the Angel fans out here who absolutely hate AJ for his brilliant play against the Angels in the 2005 play-offs. It was an incredible play in my opinion and to me a key play in their World Series run. :bom: :bom:

I've always thought he more closely resembles Rosie O'Donnell circa 2006.
