It shook her so much that she came back on the show the next day. There are voiceless women with legitimate gripes and then there are women who simply make shit up.

Valid points, but I'm still delighted that one of cable TV's greatest vessels for an odiously dogmatic centrism has been expelled from the public airwaves. An injury to one is not an injury to all if that one is a major asshole.

Did you enjoy Joy Reid? Good luck with that! Do you move Melber to that slot?

You're right, Reid is probably worse than Matthews, if only because she's largely coherent.

I had assumed Kornacki would get the 7:00 PM slot, but MSNBC needs to add a woman and/or minority to their evening lineup.

My wife can’t figure out what she has on her head.

Not a big fan of Joy.

Wallace and Ruhle might not due to family concerns.

Melber would be a good choice. He's solid.

Sometimes I can't tell if you're serious. If this post is serious you're easily the dumbest/most naive person on this board.

Yes FF, Russian agents have infiltrated the Chicago Fanatics Message Board. You should probably alert the CIA.

That's not what you wrote though, and not what I responded to.

Did you become illiterate?

Go for it, I dare you. They will provide no shortage of opportunities since their whole life has been one giant validation trip for their stupid thoughts, but very few people are suicidal enough to step in front of that train.

^incel^

Yeah, that's kinda textbook right there. Who the fuck is afraid to tell a 30 something white chick she's wrong about something? Jesus, grow a pair America.

I read somewhere that Matthew's wife as tried to get him to retire a while ago as she felt he was slipping and would end up ruining his legacy.

How long ago was a while ago? Because the non-fireable offense of comparing a Jewish man's voters to Nazis was like two weeks ago and the fireable offense of getting horny for Christina Hendricks was eight or nine years ago.

She is a likely choice although I have read that MSNBC is reluctant because of her popularity on weekends. I like Nicole Wallace but as someone mentioned she has expressed family concerns with that time slot. Kornacki won't get it because it's too high profile, although he could be given a slot that opens up if either of the above happens. The wild card is Shep Smith - but $$$ is the issue there.

https://news.yahoo.com/inside-chris-matthews-exit-msnbc-223002271.html
The painful end of Chris Matthews’ TV career occurred with just the sort of recrimination and negative PR that former Washington local news anchor and failed Democratic House candidate Kathleen Matthews, his wife of 40 years, and their adult children long hoped to avoid.

According to sources at MSNBC, Kathleen had communicated concerns over the past several months to network chief Phil Griffin, Chris’s long-ago Hardball executive producer when the show aired on CNBC. She expressed worry that her husband’s on-air controversies would become more frequent, more embarrassing, and more damaging to his legacy.

For months, it was known to some inside the network that Kathleen had pushed for her husband, now 74, to have a more limited schedule. Instead, the MSNBC anchor found himself on TV during more major events than he had since the 2016 election cycle.
