As someone who has 9 tattoos, it is incredibly stupid to put them on your face. It's an act of rebellion, just like neck and sleeve tattoos were. The face tats will look real nice if they make it to 60.

tattoos never made much sense to me to begin with. well i will say that i was tempted often in my late teens early 20s but luckily never made the investment.

This is the purest example of… you just don’t care any more.

There are some great tattoos, but based on my rigorous statistical analysis, 80% of tattoos are stupid and 90% are poorly done, leaving you with a 2% chance your tattoo doesn't look horrible. Bad news for FrankDrebin as this leaves him with a..good grief I took discrete math, calc 3, and calc based probability and statistics in college and I don't remember how to do these...a 5.12 e^-16% chance that all 9 of his tattoos are good?

I could be wrong, but I would also venture that most reputable artists would refuse to do a face tattoo (not counting eyebrow fill-ins). It's like the idiots that had their teeth ground down to fangs...any legit dentist would pass on that.

A friend who was like an older brother to me gave me that direction as a yout'. Along with: Never date a girl who responds to you with "What's Up", or won't politely speak like an intelligent woman. Some of the others fell off by the wayside in my early twenties, but those two stuck.

How many choices in life are as difficult and expensive to undo as tattoos? Besides having children I can't think of any.

And the simple fact is most tattoos just look bad. At minimum you need to start with good canvas. Few can even pass that test.
