Why isnt a hitting coach enough? Why isn't Player Development enough?

What the fuck is a Hitting Director really gonna do day to day to stay busy? What a dumb idea.

What's with all these fancy titles, made to sound like the position is important or some shit.

Can u imagine Billy Williams, the Cubs former hitting coach, being a part of this staff? He'd look at all these dumb fancy titles and be like what the fuck??
