I found Feder's column yesterday to be interesting, the one on Spike O'Dell retiring from WGN. While they don't know who'll replace Spike, I'm sure that North's name will pop up. However, I think he's too brash for the vanilla ice cream audience that listens to WGN and I doubt he'd get it. I wonder if he'll try, though.

North is too stupid to be on the air on a large, mass market, successful station. He had low ratings, why would anyone want to hire him and lower their ratings? He is an over the hill HAS-BEEN.

I don't think North wouldn't work on WGN because their audience is too vanilla, but rather because he's astoundingly, insultingly, and willfully stupid.

Add to that the fact that he's racist and sexist, and I can't imagine why a station like WGN would consider having a low-class buffoon like Mike North on their airwaves.

I hope to hell he gets a job somewhere. I cant go into Tony's to get a sub without him and his loud ass wannabe Sopranos crew fucking up my day. Ive been going there since before North moved to PR. He has singlehandedly fucked up that entire neighborhood.

It started with Moretti's. I worked catered events, and then he showed up, it all went to shit.

The guy is a fucking joke, nobody likes him.
