Puts immense pressure on Mitch and can take the reigns if it comes to it. At the same time he isn't like Carr where he comes in as the incumbent starter. It's the perfect fit.

I thought Bridgewater was supposed to have numerous options. This is a bad fit for both parties and I cannot imagine it is overly rich given the Bears cap space.

yep. Teddy can be a starter for sure. Any team where starting QB is open free and clear is going to be more attractive than the Bears.

True.... I also think of all teams, we have the lowest expectations to produce for any new starting QB we bring in. Any QB we bring in at this point, is going to be a game manager at best with a tad more upside than (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky, riding our D.
