Strong counter argument. Surprised they didn’t go after Tony Gonzalez

By this logic we should grab Marques Colston or Joe Horn off the slag heap too.

Ditka is a Hall of Famer. Maybe we should kick the tires on him to.

Little coincidence here that Jimmy Graham is thirty-three years old, which is also the same number of regular season and postseason games combined that Matt Nagy has run the exact same offense in.

It was difficult for Graham to be successful when Rodgers throws the ball away every play. Plus he knows the playbook of the Packers. That'll come in handy.

Completely forgot this angle.

Maybe Marques Colston is available.

At least Pace doesn't have the money to blow on Bridgewater. That would be 50 times worse than this move. Paying a guy for 4 starts and a mediocre Vikings career.

I'd rather have 70 year old Harold Carmichael.

I now understand why the Bears didn't want to pay Hooper $11M when they had a more accomplished player willing to take a little less to play in Chicago. Graham and Burton will be a dangerous duo.

They should be great the 1-4 games they'll play together next year.

This signing has to be giving Burton anxiety, he’s probably already doubtful for Week 1

Well between the Vikings extending Kirk Cousins, the Packers filling out starting spots with barely rosterable fodder and now the Bears somehow getting older, worse and more injury prone its going to be really fascinating to see how the Lions fail to win what is now a truly moribund division.

The day started off so promising with strong suggestions that Pace realized his boy Mitch sucks. Then it ends with us not only not signing a new QB but by securing the services of a corpse as the starting TE. You know the day is bad when Nas praises the moves - only Stevie Wonder is better at recognizing good players.

I've got a great deal on this bridge in NYC. Perhaps you'd like to buy it. I'm losing money on the deal.

The Bears got significantly better at TE. I don't see how anyone can say differently.

Holtz showed promise. Graham moves like Walt Williams Neck these days

The Texans have absolutely destroyed their roster losing two of the best players in the league and somehow lost their first-rounders in the process.

Jimmy Graham is a very great player who met the end of the line the way all great players do. Pace has to be doing some sort of favour with a retirement cushion or something. He probably would not have been signed until June otherwise.

That is truly remarkable. Neither of them even belong on an NFL roster.

I gotta assume Bill OB fielded some amusing calls asking about Watson’s availability after the Hopkins deal was announced.
