A backup with a big contract warrants a 4th?

Jordan Howard didn't garner a 4th and neither have several other stars. Yet, a guy who has only had some stretches of good...that guy, deserves a 4th.

As I wrote elsewhere, to take on that contract Jacksonville should have paid US.

Foles and a 3 or 2 for a 4th would have been the correct compensation
