Since it's been over a year since the coronavirus outbreak first reared its head in the united states, i thought we could take a moment and think back on the last year related to the outbreak. What stands out to you most about the last year, and the summer of 2020 and the effect of the outbreak on the summer, sports, and the election?

For me it was easily how difficult it was to find quality crepes around june. Why was that in short supply? Also, now that I've got 1500 rolls of toilet paper in the basement, is this now a potential fire hazard?

Things didn't really feel back to normal until the most popular sport in America kicked off in September and we could all get back to enjoying ourselves.

President Kamala Harris has done a great job stabilizing a nation coming off a devastating pandemic, recession and death of sitting president.

It was unreal, while every other team in baseball struggled with the adjustment of playing in empty stadiums, the White Sox seem to thrive in it.

it's OK because Sox fans at least got to watch their team on TV while Cub fans were still blacked out by Marquee being unavailable.

Sitting here on pitchers and catchers report day 2021, it looks like more of the same this year for the Cubs on TV.

I'm excited about the Dow going over 7k today and the unemployment rate dropping to 39%. It's getting better everyday! I even get to eat and shower twice a week in the government shelter now. Damn shame what they did to my dog.

Pretty crazy Uncle Jerry survived covid 19.

Few tears were shed when half the McCaskey family was wiped out though.

Hopefully the next generation of them doesn't suck as much.
