Commute to/from work has gone from 40 minutes to 15. Not having to go to court has allowed me to catch up on a ton of stuff at the office.

Impressive, hnd. I could have cut the hole in the floor, but that would have been about it. Actually, there's a 60/40 chance I would have fucked that up..

Me too. Except I would have been sitting on the section I was cutting out and would have fell through into the basement along with the floor.

You're already going to win march madness. No need in running the score up

Your work looks amazing. How long did the entire thing take in terms of hours of labor?

I got an email from my Rep CHUY! CHUY! CHUY! because I wrote him that as an IHSA umpire/private contractor we’ll be taking a hit with no games for the forseeable future and I wanted some fat cash or something in the stimulus bill.

Lots of good church service videos
No need to worry about finding the Marquee channel since baseball season is cancelled
I feel vindicated for having a backup stockpile of toilet prior to the pandemic

My dog is gonna be FIT!!! Lots of dog walks.
I do like hanging out with my kids, one is handling it better than the other, but I get it.
Slowly getting projects done around the house.

I spend most of my days:
Waiting around online to help students if they need it.
Making sure my own kids are doing their own work.
Getting a job done around the house.
Doing something fun with my own kids.
Making food.
Twitter/here.
Online concerts are great!

I legit feel bad for my wife’s job. It’s nonstop nuts.

Yea i've watched a few now and the novelty is mostly over for me.
Watched Kevin Morby last week...it was about 1 1/2 hour and as spanky can attest to, he spent the majority of that time fucking around. Played the same cover twice, took calls...I think he ended up playing 3 of his own songs over the course of the entire thing. I get that these things aren't going to be structured in any way like a real concert, but it can make it tough to sit through. Then on Saturday i watched Night Moves, this small time indie band i like...the actual performance was pretty great but the dude and his girlfriend clearly didn't know how run it- the video kept pausing, he had the camera tilted 90 degrees, etc. It was kinda rough for a bit.

i have no idea. planning out the staircase with math and figures took a long time. the rough cutting and framing of the walls took a weekend. the stair stringers and 3 stair turn took another, staining the wood in batches also took time. But the railing and risers and treads i've been popping at it here and there the past 10 days.

I'm looking forward to Saturday night.

Round trip flights for my wife, daughter, and I to Denver dropped from $1,015 on Tuesday to $319 right now.

nice headers! well done, hnd.

Well, we are saving about $100 a week in gasoline, and probably $800 a month by not going out...so, that's a plus.

I've worn the same adidas pants and sweatshirt the last 4 days, so saving water.

Arkansas is where they raise the feral hogs to supply the lucrative feral hog hunting tourism industry down in Texas.

Top 5 employers in Arkansas:

1. Wal-Mart
2. Tyson
3. Fedex
4. Feral hog farm operations
5. Bloomberg 2020

"Constant Threat of Thirty to Fifty Feral Hogs" is my favorite Syd Barrett-era Floyd B-side.
