Yea i've watched a few now and the novelty is mostly over for me.
Watched Kevin Morby last week...it was about 1 1/2 hour and as spanky can attest to, he spent the majority of that time fucking around. Played the same cover twice, took calls...I think he ended up playing 3 of his own songs over the course of the entire thing. I get that these things aren't going to be structured in any way like a real concert, but it can make it tough to sit through.

Did you watch the one over the weekend hosted by Lucius and Courtney Barnett?? It was mostly pretty good - really long, lots of guests playing 2-3 songs each. Kevin Morby came on...and played the same cover song AGAIN
Wife said “ok, 3 times in 3 days, I’m good” and walked out of the room.
But they also had Kurt Vile, war on drugs, and a few other good ones. That’s been one of my favorites so far.

And I watched the Waxahatchee/Kevin Morby show again tonight. It was worse than last time. Way too much talking and screwing around, not enough music.

For anybody that likes Old 97’s, we’ve watched all of Rhett Miller’s shows on stageit.com, and they’ve been really good. It costs a small amount (“pay what you can”), but we usually just give a few bucks. He’s almost all music, no nonsense. From his basement. And he plays 4-5 days per week.
We are checking out Roger Clyne tomorrow night.

Great series. I played in Bruce Wietz's foursome at the celebrity pro am before the LA OPEN when that show was in its heyday. Really cool guy but man did he ever knock down the Cigs. His character was a great one on that show.

I used to watch it in syndication on one of the cable channels...don't remember which one...just happy to have found it. I like it far more than a lot of shows on now.

Boston Public about a high school, aired on Fox

Boston legal is the one with spader from ABC. Same producer.

You should pay a couple of points to lock in an even lower rate or look at a 20 or 15 year.

i will be paying down on it as if the amount was a 15 year. but i prefer to have the option to roll it back to normal 30 yr fixed payments should say a pandemic arises. it costs me a few grand in interest but basically i'm paying 200 a year to have that payment option.

That's fine. At that rate you may still want to pay a couple of discount points to get it below 2.5. It'll save you a lot more in the long run UNLESS you plan on moving in the next 5 to 7 years.

Yeah, they had a bunch of very talented and believable actors in that show. It really was a classic for cop shows. The guy who played Cipowhitz(sp?) was great in that series.

Classes will be cancelled because of and extension of shelter in place or another wave of the coronavirus.

Just got a check from AT&T for $12.09. Apparently there was some sort of class action lawsuit. I haven't even been an AT&T subscriber for about 10 years now.

No longer any need for a Green New Deal. It's been put into play on a de facto basis. It's expensive but the Earth is healing already.

It's sadly reminiscent of 9/17/01 When tv stations were falling over themselves to show pics of the atmosphere over the country without plane chemtrails.
