I don't know what you do for a living, but you missed your calling as the head of PR for the Bears.

I still can't believe this signing took place. It should be voided due to Covid-19.

Jared Allen also a good comp for the Robert Quinn and Dan Trevathan signings too.

Quinn is 29 and coming off an 11 sack season. You're the same guy who wanted the older Trent Williams despite the cancer, injury and missing an entire season. You want to trade a 2nd and give him $70M. Bad thoughts on Quinn my friend.

Trent Williams would be more impactful than Quinn and he doesn’t have cancer

He's a 32 year old player who hasn't played since he supposedly went into remission. You can trade a 2nd round pick and pay him $70, but I'll take the guy who averaged nearly a sack a game and keep my 2nd round pick.

I've been seeing this thread getting bumped and only now was bored enough to see why. Figures that Nas McCaskey has struck again.

You give a guy 3 times more money than anyone else and a no trade? Fire him now so he can't trade away all of next year's picks to move up like 10 spots in the draft this year.

Every time I look up a scorned "ex" has their nose in Bears business. Go drink mimosas with Frank and tell him how the Bears did you wrong. Bears fans are focused on how far our team will go in the playoffs.

Fortunately for the Bears we don't have to worry about that. Quinn is the same age as Mack and he has 20 more sacks for his career.

You’re making a solid case for Mack being criminally overrated

Just the opposite. The Bears have 2 players in the top 18 of active sack leaders. Robert Quinn is 12th and Mack is 18th. Only 1 player ahead of Quinn came in the league after him. No player ahead of Mack came in the league after him.

Packers need the help more. They don't have 1 current player in the top 50.
