I bought some earlier. I loved last year’s batch.

Did you watch the Pope last night? He was handing out plenary indulgences. So I've got that going for me. Which is nice.

Wasn’t a fan of stones. Maybe some with more volume made of soapstone would work. When I use ice I use the very large cubes. Barely fit in the glass.

Well, I'm going to have a drink.

Because I've spent all day pouring over these new government payroll finance regulations and....I predict....this is going to be a shitshow.

Nobody understands how this is going to work. It sounds good from 36,000 feet but when you get into real-world scenarios, I don't know what's going to happen here.

Interesting. Without going into details can you provide more detail?

Without going into detail, how do you define people that are working or not. They designed the bill, IMO, to cover business that needed to close but don't want to lose their workers so they will fund the payroll for them as long as they reopen.

However, most businesses aren't closing but they are reducing payroll by way of choosing a core group of people. Or, some are rotating people in and out at 50% typical hours. They can take the leave money up to 80 hours but after that what happens.

Businesses can get "forgiveness" on the loan, for the most part, up to 8 weeks.

So, if I have an employee that I want to keep but I am not having them come to work, is the Fed Govt going to tell me that we should have considered them "furloughed" and put in the state unemployment program and not reimburse us for the time and money we spent to keep him employed?

That's just one....maybe more than one...question.

They make a distinction between businesses that are closed or not. But they don't make a clear distinction on the handling of those cases clearly.

I actually had a friend that climbed the water tower and painted "Billy Bob loves Charlene" (real names changed).

I always think of that when I hear John Deere Green.
