Yeah.. usually just Bill now but he is known as Billy John. I’m not sure why, he is probably pushing 65-70 years old I’d guess. Don’t know if his dad was Bill so middle name was added as a differentiator or if a bunch of bills in the one room school house or what.

My first step-mom's name was Charlene...definitely one of the whitest people I've ever met.

Being a decade plus older, bourbon was cheap stuff when I was coming of age. I still have an aversion to the brand's mentioned above. Names on bottles that were gathering dust on old man bars in the seventies and eighties

One I came across a few times in both races was Lonnie. Assumed that was south as well. I also used to be confused about the genus of that name. Like if Ronnie is Ronald why is Lonnie Lonald.
