She is a piece of shit even if she didn't kill her husband. But there is no doubt in my mind she had a role in his disappearance even if she didn't feed him to the cats.

The only difference between her and Joe was she is more organized. She makes millions off of caged tigers and Joe was the competition.

Absolutely. She is a hypocritical piece of shit. And she gets to stay up on her high horse while Joe goes to jail. It is stupid. Joe was an idiot, but I don't believe he deserved to go to jail for 20+ years.

I've met the Big Cat Rescue lady several time. She's a part of the circus or former circus crowd in Florida. A total grifter and a total carnie.

So you are or were part of a circus crowd?

We're four episodes deep, every human on this show is a huge POS. Absolutely disgusting. I hope these tigers eat em all.

I worked with them for a couple of years. Used to talk to Nik Wallenda all the time. He would text me to look for freebies on rentals.

I watched two Netflix comedy specials the week before last:

1. Taylor Tomlinson: Quarter-Life Crisis -- Funnier than I thought it was going to be. She has a good delivery and likeable personality which were reflected in the reactions of the crowd.

2. Pete Davidson: Alive From New York -- A mediocre as I thought it was going to be. He does not have a good delivery and doesn't really have a likeable personality, which were reflected in the reactions (or lack thereof) of the crowd.

His was still better than Jenny Slate's, though.

I’ve never seen Harlem Nights.

Wife insisted we watch.

Not bad so far.

Not great.

But not bad.

Wish there was a camera rolling in between takes.

Arsenio hall had a great scene in it.

Well we just watched The Prodigy.
If you want to see your typical early 2000s creepy little kid movie this is your huckleberry.

The somewhat hot partial lesbian chick from Orange is the New Black in it as the prototypical confused blonde white suburban mom harboring an oddly possessed little boy (Georgie in IT).
No hot lesbo scenes. Fuck.

It has a creepy moment or two, including a sweet bloodfoot grossout early on. But from there it goes off the rails pretty quick as Andre Linoge believes the kid is possessed by a serial killer. Not exactly a new concept.

By the end of the first act i considered going to the hospital to ask people to sneeze on me.

I give it 2 pflegmy coughs out of 5.

shakes: refuses to watch Tiger King ON PRINCIPLE because Netflix

Also shakes: I have done far more background research on the show than everybody else and am willing to defend my position about Tiger King, including several minute details that were covered in the show

Quote:
A Florida sheriff is jumping on the popularity of the Netflix series "Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness" to ask for new leads in the 1997 disappearance of Jack Donald "Don" Lewis.
The true crime docuseries, which premiered on Netflix this month, revolves around the life of Oklahoma zookeeper Joseph Exotic and the events that led him to plan a murder-for-hire plot against animal rights activist Carole Baskin. The show also explores Baskin's life, including the disappearance of her husband Don Lewis in 1997.

"Tiger King" and its strange but true story has fascinated the internet, its success seemingly fueled by captive audiences sheltering at home during the coronavirus pandemic, even catching the attention of celebrities like Kim Kardashian West.
Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister is taking advantage of the show's popularity to ask for new leads in Lewis' case.
"Since @netflix and #Covid19 #Quarantine has made #TigerKing all the rage, I figured it was a good time to ask for new leads," Chronister wrote.

Tiger King may be the greatest just say no to drugs show of all time. The guy used the same techniques that pimps use, picked up homeless people at the bus stop, got them hooked on meth, and they pretty much became his slaves. Have learned to never trust fifty something dudes that wear skinny jeans, designer T's, and doo rags as a part of their daily attire like that creepy dude that took over ownership from Joe.

Not only that but the other dude "Doc" did the same with young women

Amazing how easy it is for these predator types to find and groom victims. No wonder all the other creepy dudes that have all the smaller tiger collections scattered around the country referred to "Doc" as their mentor.

I managed to look away. I got 20 minutes into the first episode and was pretty bored and turned it off. I feel like the only person in the world who didn't like it.

Joe had two husbands, at the same time, and seemingly neither was gay. That’s reason enough to stay away from drugs especially if you can’t afford them on your own.

Yes I suppose not watching a documentary about a gay zookeeper is my thing.

Nope. That would be an especially odd thing to do regarding Netflix shows. I have no motivation to lie about watching a weird documentary.

I think we were all surprised by the business of Big Cats in America. But other than that, it's just 7 Jerry Springer episodes that are more entertaining because it's played it out not on set, but in the world.

Netflix has found themselves a formula. Making Of A Murderer and now this. As we speak, they are scouring the country looking for murder and mayhem in the flat earth community.

I watched The Stranger over the past couple of weeks.

I thought it was a very good show with some excellent acting. It had holes almost from the beginning. I don't think the writers really contemplated how much normal, passive people could be driven to violence when pushed like the stranger did.

I don't think writers today know how to write an ending. There have been so many episodic shows I have watched over the past couple of years that have had me on the edge of my seat for every episode and then the writer craps out in the last one tying it up in too neat of a bow.

Overall, it is a good English crime show and I give it my recommendation.
