GTFOH! It's too much work to demand from the Wisemen on a FREE message board and some of the gripes are coming from people who rarely post and contributed very little to COVID-19 thread.

I've been posting here longer than most and I can't recall a long thread that stuck to a topic and didn't have petty "fights". To demand that everyone behave differently than we normally do is being unreasonable. We have no power, MANY are worried (for various reasons) and having some normalcy is helpful.

It's possible to read a thread and ignore things that you don't like. Everyone has done it before. If that's too much for you to do then just completely ignore the thread or don't post. No one should have any special privileges so they can feel warm and cozy. Especially considering that your warm and cozy adds stress to the life of the owners.

I've never seen JORR post the way he has or share that he's a little nervous but let's have him move around or delete things that we don't like. Fuck that shit! If you don't like the thoughts of certain posters there are tools available so you can see fewer of their thoughts.

The single moderator on another bored I frequent was chiding a poster about cv19 talk that was skewing political in a "Front Porch" thread- off topic, what you'd chat about at the coffee shop if not for cv19. He has a segregated Politics section, as well.

That mod claimed to read EVERY POST. Clearly not possible here, with 100X the volume. His claim was that without daily reading and some function, that board would have 6000 fake posters, and he mentioned spammers. I don't think there are mult posters there at all.

I wasn't in agreement with the majority of the posts in that thread or their direction, but wasn't feeling my panties pinch, either. Once the poster opened a specific cv19 thread, all was kinda okay. Here, I just have learned to skip more, both posts and posters.

Appreciate what MGMNT does here, and what Lloyd does over there, both places make my days and nights better.

Nas' message board thoughts are much better than his Bears' thoughts.
