So.. I don’t use ketchup for anything. If it’s on a burger at a fast food place that’s fine but I never put ketchup on anything. I like stone ground mustard on certain Sandwiches.. ground mustard in Memphis rub sure... I like horseradish on certain sandwiches..

Mayo is fine. It I rarely use it as well,as I’ve switched to avocado to give me that moisture (or guacamole)

and yes, avocado as a spread is delicious.
