I will be watching as well. Should be interesting and however it goes it will be historic.

Hopefully the last time we see a Mania with no crowd. Hard to fathom the amount of money they are missing out on from this deal

Vince has to be taking a bath on this whole change. I'm actually shocked they chose to even continue in this way. He should just wait until all the shutdowns are over, but that would mean shutting down all the empty arena TV tapings they are doing too. They can't just drag these storylines out forever and not pay them off.

Reading some rumors that Roman Reigns pulled out of Mania because he is worried about this virus and his health issues with Leukemia.

Yeah Satin posted it tonight, and he works for WWE so I'm sure it's true.

Not sure who they replace him with.

Kind of late to be replacing him.

Do they take someone out of another match? Is there someone that isn't in a match that could fill in?

Maybe CM Punk will come to the rescue

The Benoit episode was very good. His son looks exactly like him. You could see Jericho, Chavo etc still have trouble talking about a guy that was a close friend who snapped and killed his son and wife. My one issue with the episode is it seems they imply if Eddie had not died suddenly that Benoit would have not spun out of control.

Supposedly they taped the match already.

Surprised it hasn't leaked who took Reigns spot then

The show was really good.

I don't think it is that far fetched to think Eddies death was a snapping point for him. I mean who knows what happens with him if Eddie stays alive. The CTE stuff was still going to be there. But it seems that such a horrible event did not come from just one thing, but a combination of Eddies death, impact of roids/drugs, and CTE.

Miz and Andrade also out of Wrestlemania.

Miz has been ill and Andrade has a minor injury.

Andrade will be replaced by Austin Theory for the Raw tag title match.

Vince losing money all over the place. Lost half the XFL season and now this disaster. Mania is going to be a shit show. If AEW was running it I would have faith in it being a good show.

The Edge 24/7 special on the Network is outstanding.

WWE does these things so well.

Thanks for reminding me about this. Going to check it out.

Edge is definitely one of my all time favorite guys. Love his story. Hope he is able to stay healthy and end his career the way he wants.

Watching Mania 17 this afternoon. I forgot how many good matches there were on this.

Kurt Angle and Benoit

Shane vs Vince. Shane with a crazy bump

TLC with the spear off the ladder by Edge on Jeff Hardy

Taker and HHH

Austin and Rock

A barely upright Sheik wins the gimmick royal. Even the hardcore match with Kane, Big Show, and Raven was entertaining.

My high school daughters watched it with me. They have always enjoyed watching wrestling with me. They got completely hooked by the Austin and Rock match and could not believe when McMahon got involved to give Austin the win

So I am assuming this is a work to draw heat for a return?

Quote:
Ronda Rousey says her relationship with fans played a part in her decision to walk away from WWE.
"What am I doing it for if I'm not being able to spend my time and energy on my family, but instead spending my time and my energy on a bunch of f---ing ungrateful fans that don't even appreciate me?" Rousey said in an interview on "Wild Ride! w/ Steve-O" that was posted to YouTube on Thursday.
Rousey had previously said that if she does return to WWE it would be as a part-time participant and explained just how grueling the schedule was for her.
"I wasn't even home when I was home," Rousey said of a schedule that required her to be on the road 200 days a year. "I was basically just trying to recover enough to be able to get to the next stint of being gone.

Rousey: No pressure to prove she's best ever
"People think you're only wrestling as much as they see you on TV, but they don't realize that there's three or four other days of live shows during the week. ... If I looked at all the live shows, I was only home a day and a half a week. It was just not worth it for my family."
Still, Rousey expressed love for the job, though not the fans.
"I love performing. I love the girls. I love being out there ... but, at the end of the day, I was just like, 'F--- these fans, dude.' My family loves me and they appreciate me and I want all my energy to go into them," Rousey said. "So that was my decision at the end of the day. It's like, 'Hey girls, love what you're doing. I'm gonna try and take all my momentum and push you guys as far as I can. Fly little birds, fly! I'm going f---ing home!' And that was basically it."
Rousey, 33, said that if she does return to the WWE it will be in a part-time capacity.
"No, I'll never be full time again -- over 200 days a year on the road like that ever again," she said. "I needed to do it in order to learn and get immersed into it and really understand what's going on, but it's just not the lifestyle for me."
Before joining the WWE in 2018, Rousey compiled a 12-2-0 record in the UFC and became the promotion's first women's champion. She also won a bronze medal in judo in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
