The reason why all of the people in the world died with the virus was BECAUSE OF CHINA. Trump's decision to stop travel from China and then Europe saved tens of thousands of American lives. When a closed nation like China and the World Health Organization both lie and cover up the truth, exactly what are other governments supposed to do? How do you react without factual information about that the threat is in front of you.

Would you say the same thing about why the US didn't prevent the Pearl Harbor attack? How about 9-11? Should we have had planes and submarines ready to attack and obliterate the Japanese carrier fleet? Should we have had fighter jets really to blow up the commercial jets?

I mean. There is a limit on what intelligence operations know and there also have been great examples throughout history where intelligence operations get it wrong as in the weapons of mass destruction intelligence assessment before the Iraq war.
