One suspect dead, the other facing murder charges.

This was just last Saturday. The suspects um... suspected the homeowner had a large sum of cash in the house.

These days with everyone wearing masks it wasn't terribly unusual to have a masked man approach the door. Apparently the home owner was awaiting a visit from a landscaper which may be why he answered the door.

This happened close to all our homes.

That's not too far from my aunt. There's been a couple robberies here. None violent though and they are stealing stupid stuff, imo.

Maybe we will turn into Italy. We can all go to market under the military watch when the rioting and looting starts.

So the one guy saw $200k in this house 20 YEARS AGO, and they decide to see if it’s still there? I ain’t buying that for one second.

He said it seems to him there is more to this story --- that means that in his opinion, there are probably more events/reasons/actions that have not been publicly released that contributed to the actions that occurred. Not explicityly stated, but somewhat implied, a retard believes that these events/reasons/actions will eventually come out to the public and then we will be enlightened as to true motives behind this activity.

Homeowner's wife offered to split the life insurance payout 50/25/25 with Finnan and Brodacz if they put husband six feet under. Tried to make it look like a home invasion gone bad. Husband was supposed to get shot and the 2 robbers were to get away with whatever was supposed to be in the safe. Husband goes to safe to get money, returns with gun and caps Brodacz.

So much easier to rob a bank right now, I don't know what some of these people are thinking.

This story is super fishy. There may be some neighborhoods within AH squirreling away $200K cash. But that area and the majority of Arlington Hts isn't carrying that type of cash. In fact, the homes right across the street on the east side of Arlington Hts Rd are a better bet.

And even then you're talking about meeebbe 10 houses pinned between Techny/Douglas/Waverly/AH Rd. Otherwise the only other area of AH that would be holding that kind of cash might be next to Rolling Green CC and St. Viator.

There are like 20-30 houses in the city where the homes are totally out of place and belong on the north shore or barrington. the rest of AH is 3-4 bedroom homes, middle class ranches/"starter" homes and townhomes/apartment complexes.

Having grown up here, this is 100% correct.

A lot of them have been renovated or torn down and rebuilt. They look very out of place. I drove through the street I grew up on about 6 months ago because I stopped to see an old neighbor. About every 3rd or 4th house was leveled and built into this monstrosity that takes up the whole lot. Sticks out like a sore thumb.
