I don't mind. We saw what happened with Durant less than a year ago.

Kind of hard to get a reading on the episodes. I was led to believe this is about the last season. But so far it's sort of like a biography of Jordan that jumps across different points in time.

It eventually will be. But this is about Jordan.

So much for Walton saying on the Score that 63 point game was one of the most fun games he's ever been in. B!tching at Ainge and fouling out and looking pretty goddam miserable.

That was quite good. I kinda like how they're going all over the place and not just moving chronologically.

I'm sure he felt that way after the game. He was a competitive player.

Yep, seeing a lot footage from the early days I've never seen before and reliving the drama of that 97-98 season.

Yeah, they don't want to mention that the reason Phil left was because Reinsdorf wouldn't give him Krause's job.

Conspiracy Theory time:

Jerry Reinsdorf only fired GarPax this month because he knew the documentary was going to air and that he was going to look like a colossal asshole in it and the mentions of Krause would dig up every other time he kept friends employed after they colossally screwed things up.

It's literally Jerry's MO to give his buddies a job for life, even after they have long worn out their welcome. If you don't believe me, look at Kenny Williams still having a job.

I don't mind pj going after Krause's job given how Krause antagonized everyone who had to deal with him. I'm more pissed off at Phil for rubbing Jerry West the wrong way in LA.

If you think Jerry Reinsdorf treated Scottie Pippen like trash, well let me tell you about how he treated Frank Thomas and invented something called a "diminishing skills clause."

I'm rooting for Coronavirus to get him, so yeah there is actually a case where I'm actively rooting for the virus.

By the way, Ice Man George Gervin was on that Bulls squad 85-86. Paxson backed up Kyle Macy, also nicknamed "Puke" in my section at the Stadium.

So I think MJ left the room with the coke, pot, and women since he didn't see any gambling going on there.

Phil is a backstabbing asshole. If Pippen and Jordan had beef with Krause, that's one thing. But we wouldn't even be talking about Phil if not for Krause. He was driving the bus for the Albany Patroons when Krause threw him a lifeline.

But that's like Chet expecting Mac to forever be grateful and subservient to him. At some point it's irrelevant. Krause was a nice guy who always seemed to suffer from little guy syndrome.

Little more complicated than that. You or me or Phil would know who's really carrying you or me or Phil.

Not really. I don't think Phil needed to be subsurvient to Krause. But he shouldn't have made an ultimatum regarding taking his job. Phil was the one who broke up the Bulls. He refused to come back unless he was GM. I don't see why Krause is blamed for that. Should he have just let Phil have his job so the Bulls could try for one more?

Idk how Reinsdorf could allow Krause to so transparently kill this team. Telling Phil he was out even if he went 82-0, antagonizing Pippen and Jordan', etc.

Yeah this pisses me off too. You are the fucking owner of the team. Tell Krause to shut the fuck up.

To JORRs point I am sure Phil had some blame as well and I have no doubt he was an asshole. But Krause clearly pushed him to being an asshole IMO.

great first 2 episodes. Loved every bit of it.

Jerry Krause would've been perfect for today's pussy league with "load management"

I also like Michael's attitude towards that bullshit concept

He signed a contract he was told not to by Reinsdorf because it would be become bad if he kept improving; Reinsdorf told him there would be no renegotiation. Pippen wanted the security and he should have lived with it. I'm sure Pippen was making extra money through endorsements.

Seeing Jordan's intensity, how completely he runs a team, and how feverishly committed he was is a big wakeup call to all of today's players watching tonight.

They were all watching, and they all know that they ain't doing shit.
