That is a cool twist. Never heard that before a few years ago.

Here's my problem with The Rock and I can't get it out of my mind even though I love the movie.

They get Connery to help them break into the prison because he was able to break out. At one point, he has to roll through a tunnel of fire to get to the other side and let the team in through the door. He knows the timing of the fire bursts.

He broke OUT of the prison. He would have just walked out the door.

they missed a great chance of one of the greatest lines in movie history. when he breaks out, cage should look back at him and say 'who do you think you are? James Bond?'.

I think that last movie is epic. Has one of the best lines ever,When the legend becomes fact, print the legend.

RR I said this before. You should read the book. Dirty Dozen. Expands on the Dozen a lot and the ending is way better than the movie

I love both of those movies but I’m not sure if timeless applies. They are funny in their own right to some degree but many on this board would be too young to know the characters the former is parodying (Dick and Dora Charleston?) and they almost certainly haven’t seen the movie(s) the latter does. That could also apply to another classic - Young Frankenstein.

Except Twisted Sister.

That is true! But the rest of that the whole Hollywood studio montage is all generic Tarzan movies and stuff. Also, I find myself surprised, and not surprised, that the actress who played Dottie is still kind of hot.

Than you watch Valley Girl and you get to see her semi Naked :D

Oh, ok. I think it was the first R-rated movie I ever saw. (It might have been Psycho III, though.) My friend's dad took us--I guess I would have been in sixth grade. But in the 90s, they had the four-hour director's cut, which was cool.

I'm kind of embarrassed by this. Just saw Stop Making Sense. That is a great 100 minutes. Especially now when looking for a pick me up.

Put it on your Corona viewing list.

just watched the sulty lana turner in 'the postman always rings twice'. always good to see the real life fred flintstone get roughed up by tough-guy john garfield.

lana looked great in a few dresses...her bottom half reminded me of the underalls packaging. her ass inspired advertising and marketing decades later.
