Oh, ok. I wasn't sure if there was a sharp increase once Uber and Lyft arrived on the scene. I just don't understand how a driver would think he's gonna get away with it.

I thought the same thing. They had the rape kit with his DNA and statement saying that he never touched her. Has he been allowed to drive?
