i didnt want to go there but ya, lot of white's are protesting actively in Minn. I guess it's a state full of white people so should not surprise me. At least it's a good thing we have a populace regardless of race that knows when wrong is wrong.

There have been reports done which show that these anarchists get paid to do this including these women. A lot of them are unemployed or are college "students" wanting a pay check. Imagine watching this shit on tv and you see your little angel yelling profanities at and throwing shit at cops or secret service people?

But your assessment about "it being a good thing we have a populace regardless of race that knows when wrong is wrong" is bullshit when you are talking about anarchists burning and looting buildings, throwing bricks and other shit at cops, etc. Like my retired cop friend, Lamar, a black man said on Thursday. These rioters are ruining it for black people. I think that one of the outcomes of this rioting and anarchy is that th federal government needs to declare Antifa and BLM as well as any other Soros and Gates backed anarchist organization a TERROR organization and start identifying and arresting their leaders and throw their asses in federal prison

I don't think so.

No way he and the other three will get away with this. There will be both state as well as federal charges as being a hate crime. My wife told me that this cop was a bad guy throughout his career. The guy probably should have been kicked off of the force a lot earlier.

I still wanna see the whole video.

Not a 20 second clip on loop from NBC or MSNBC.

Somebody give me a link to the whole actual video.

By the way, who took that video? Some random bystander? Seemed weird that somebody would be that close filming the police without them even noticing or caring.

Hey, somebody's gotta say it, but what if this was a setup? The timing of this shit is ridiculous. What if Kneeler (I'm not even going to say his name) got paid to cross the line like that? I mean, lately, there have been so many violations of our friend "Occam's Razor", its hard to know what to think and believe.

This isn't a ridiculous supposition especially here. I guess all four would have to be in on it and knee boy gets the most out of the deal.

The cost and damage were the failure of the mayor and governor to do their jobs of protecting their citizens and businesses more than what the cop did. This was organized mayhem.

Come-on. The murderer cop is going to face major federal jail time the state will also prosecute and he certainly is going to be sued civilly by the family of the victim. Every aspect of the cop's life is going to be investigated as well as why he was still allowed to be a cop after what his track record as a cop was.

I stand by my statement. Here at CFMB, this is a fine supposition. It doesn't always have to make sense. You of all people should be aware of that .

HAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was right!!!!

Autopsy shows death NOT due to asphyxiation!

I started a thread the other day questioning this, and it was promptly deleted!!

Turns out I was right!!

As I said the other day (since deleted), the first day, the news says he died at the hospital. And I questioned, if he died of asphyxiation, wouldnt he have been dead on the spot?
Why would they take him to the hospital if he was still alive? On Day 2 and since, the fake news keeps saying he died right there on the street. Why the change?

And dont get me wrong, cop should still have been fired, but...the dude had pre-existing conditions.

A criminal complaint against former Minneapolis police officer, Derek Chauvin, shows that George Floyd was "non-responsive" for nearly three minutes before Chauvin took his knee off his neck.

The complaint also cited a preliminary autopsy report that showed there were "no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."

Instead, Floyd died from a "combined effect of being restrained, his underlying health conditions, and any potential intoxicants in his system," the autopsy revealed.

Chauvin was arrested and charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter on Friday.

George Floyd was 'non-responsive' for nearly three minutes before Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin took his knee off his neck, according to a criminal complaint released on Friday.

The complaint filed by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office also cited a preliminary autopsy report showing that there were "no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."

Instead, the report said that it was the "combined effect of Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions, and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death."Floyd was 46 when he died. He had underlying health conditions, including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease, according to the report.

He died during an arrest on Monday after Chauvin pinned him down. Footage of the incident shows Floyd was not resisting and telling the officer: "I can't breathe."

The family plans a second, independent autopsy.

The complaint noted that police are trained that this type of restraint with a subject in a "prone position is inherently dangerous."

The report was filed alongside the arrest of Chauvin, who was charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter on Friday. The arrest came four days after the incident. The three other officers involved in the incident, which has sparked nationwide protests, were fired on Tuesday.

I care not what the finite "cause" of death was. That cop committed MURDER and those who were with him also assisted in his dying through their failure to stop him.

Peaceful protests might I add.

Wonder how Facebook feels about that now?

This is where I miss CLTV.

Coulda had nonstop coverage. Instead, I gotta wait for the 5pm or 6pm news.

CLTV woulda been nice at this time. Nice, low-key coverage without being too sensationalistic.

Woulda kept you comforted.

what an embarrassing press conference by Fat Fuck.

For 3 months we heard nothing but SAFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFEE and "Saving Lives".

Yet, today, not only was the amount of National Guard embarrassingly low (375), he acted as if THEY were the problem. He kept saying what the WERENT gonna do, and how LIMITED they are. Nothing about what they would do.

The poor NG leader that spoke meekly said that they wouldnt reveal what they would do for security reasons but Fat Fuck had already spilled the beans.

SAFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFe for 3 months.

But we dont need to be SAFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFE in all this. For 3 months acted like he was a savior, acted like he saving us from true physical danger. Yet when physical danger comes, he is neutering the forces that can help.

Fuck him, and of course Fuck Lightfoot because that's where the neutering comes from.

Whistler were you going to update us on the independent autopsy results? I heard they were coming out today. I'm sure they will help solidify your celebration.

If only we had a Roku channel with updates from whistler and hawaii you. We’d have the all information we need even if it was 15 years old.

I've turned off the news completely on this BS.

Funny how now u cant find a link to the "Full 9 minute video" anywhere.

Where is it?

Why taken down? Is it because it was a 2 minute thing?

it's the same results. They just interpreted it differently (of course) beuase they basically have the collective black gun to their face. They also mentioned he was intoxicated and heart problems. They just didnt emphasize it.

This wasnt "independent". The official independent report, was the first one. And the one that will be used in court.

The plan appears to be to charge and convict Officer Shithead under Minnesota's 2nd degree murder law's dubious application of felony murder to cases only involving an assault as the underlying felony. And then once Chauvin's convicted they'll appeal on various and sundry grounds.

It'll take a few years for the appeal to work its way through the courts. But one of the primary claims on appeal will be: Minnesota's 2nd degree murder law makes every simple assault resulting in death a potential murder charge.
This is out of line with most every other jurisdiction's application of felony murder; which typically requires a felony that isn't directly related to the resulting death (home invasion, car jacking, sticking up a 7-11 or whatever, but not assault by itself). And then Minnesota's Supreme Court will reverse Minnesota's long-standing precedent that it's ok to charge felony murder in cases where the only underlying felony is an assault and throw out Chauvin's conviction.

Overturning the current Minnesota felony murder rule shouldn't be difficult; the primary precedent for Minnesota's current felony murder rule is a case which concludes "hey, we've always done it this way, so we gonna keep on keepin' on"

Image

Nonplussed SJW criminal justice reform advocates will cheer the Minn S.Ct's updating of Minnesota's felony murder rule; but they'll have done so at the cost of possibly letting Chauvin walk out of prison early.

So the argument is now that Chauvin's actions at some point became felony assault of Floyd, or even that the restraint itself was outright felony assault? That seems like a potentially dangerous precedent to set.

I'd assume the argument will be that kneeling on the neck was felony assault.

Just a guess though.

Possibly it's similar to the legality of actions on the ice in hockey. Within the rules of engagement, you can engage in activities that would be criminal assault off the ice. But even in that context there are lines that once you cross you're no longer operating with the rules of engagement and the conduct becomes criminally actionable. Probably once Floyd was in cuffs and Floyd was no longer even moving Chauvin's knee to the neck goes from privileged conduct to criminal assault? e.g., an enforcer keeps pummeling an opponent once he's down on the ice and no longer returning fire
