I don't know what you're trying to say but I will add this.

Alcindor was not and is not a politician. She is simply a black woman that happens to be a journalist. I'm fairly certain that at the time that WFR made his comments he didn't know anything other than she was a black woman that happened to be a journalist. Be that as it may if all he sees is black woman journalist and diversity hire then he is a bigot.

Alcindor is an ass clown not a journalist

This is her bio: She often tells stories about the intersection of race and politics as well as fatal police encounters.

To me that's not a journalist. It's an activist given a platform. And it's creating hyper-partisanship in what is supposed to be a public resource. Her pandering questions about offensive terms are performance art not journalism.

If people such as yourself were actually interested in reducing the amount of partisanship then you wouldn't pray to the altar of right wing "news" and guys like Trump the way that you do.

Trump and his supporters are partisan as hell. None of it bothers you. It's only when there is pushback from the Alcindors of the world will there be a problem.

To say that she is a "diversity" hire is a bigoted statement plain and simple.

Rather see them go after the local police who are largely responsible for these messes.

Not really.

If you, I, and two other posters here did this and were caught on video murdering this man on May 26th, we would've spent that very night in prison with charges steeper than 3rd degree murder. We also probably get a higher bail set.

Indictments aren't enough for the people of Minneapolis. They have seen how useless they were in the murder of Philando Castile. They know the history and how most cops end up walking in these cases. The DA will throw the case because the DA needs he friends of this murderer to cooperate for every other case he has so he can't afford pissing them off.

After Philando Castile's killer walked, I'd say the people of Minneapolis had every right to riot, but they didn't. They sat back and hoped things would change. Well, nothing changed so now all of that pent up and justified anger is being released.

They obviously were waiting on the autopsy. That's probably what the mayor should've said instead of his woefully stupid virtue signalling bullshit.

Again, much like the corona virus hysterics, this feels like political leadership on both sides stoking the fires a little bit in an election year.

What happened to those? It's almost like they stopped overnight. Last weekend a couple hundred people getting together at Lake of the Ozarks were going to kill everyone in the country. Suddenly people are elbow to elbow in the streets and the virus is of no concern. I guess the lockdown is over whether anyone likes it or not.

Maybe they should elect a Republican to be mayor of Minneapolis and end almost 50 years of Democratic rule there.

Hmm, let us look over where the major "protests " where over the last couple of days:

Minn/St Paul: Democrat

New York: Democrat

D.C.: Democrat

Atlanta: Democrat

Los Angeles: Democrat

Yeah, this seems to be the fault of the republicans/right.

80% of the rioters being from out of state seems a bit of a stretch. What about the other dozen cities through out the country?

This happened on May 25th right.

All 4 cops were fired on May 26th, and the murderer/manslaughterer was arrested on May 29th.

Is that not swift justice?

So people should riot when a case goes thru the criminal justice system and the outcome is one they dont like ?

when the outcome is the result of the system being rigged in that manner, absolutely.
Any outcome I don't like means the system is rigged!

80% of the rioters being from out of state seems a bit of a stretch. What about the other dozen cities through out the country?

These people all know they fucked up when they virtue signalled all the way to eleven when this shit broke. Now they are trying to scramble and say it was white supremacists (? 4chan doesn't leave the basement and I'll tell ya there's a certain body type to militia fellas) and out-of-state agitators.

They shouldn't really worry this much, the mayors not up for reelection until 2021 and governor 2022, people will have forgotten by then.
