I watched some of the live looting on tv coverage yesterday. The looters were taking things like a case of beer and then walking down the street. Seemed hyper local. I doubt you drive from Arkansas to take a case of beer.

Unfortunately the vast majority of Americans are going to remember the protests as violent, and it will diminish the important message of police reforms and training.

I was more referring to the average American who viewed that video and was appalled. It will be drowned out as time goes on with the overriding memory being of this violence. Lots of the violence is hitting home to folks I know. One person had their place of business shut down yesterday. There was a local road that had to be closed as a police vehicle was looted of weapons and set on fire. A local restaurant was burned. I picked a great time to head home yesterday.....
