Anyways, the Second City has surely become totally unfunny garbage but until about ten years ago it was truly brilliant. Alexander and his company really were on the vanguard for a long time. I actually knew his son personally, he left the company a while ago. There was a fire that really fucked the place up and took a lot of its charming qualities away. That combined with the current climate, I just dont think there was much future for this any more.
But still, shout out to a good guy who I met more than a few times in my life. Certainly doesn't deserve this final note as his legacy.
