Why can't I call out bullshit when I see it? The man implicitly claims he has medical and law degrees. This unqualified and fake analysis does great violence to the vibe and misleads a lot of people. He should be checked, that is all.

How have I implicitly claimed to have a law or medical degree, simply by talking about those topics?

If I tell you that Reno is west of Los Angeles, am I implicitly professing to have a degree or some expertise in geography?

His paranoia that His Freedoms were under attack made him a miserable prick. I think he lost his shit at me one time because I called Julie DiCaro's Twitter antagnoists "fish-holding white guys from Elmhurst" or something and he started flailing about how I was the real racist. Whatever dude!

I think that he means that yours is an honorary degree. Meaning that you'd be honored if anyone thinks that you know what the hell you're talking about.

For starters, you actually just said something right about geography so that's a pretty big difference.

If you take every legal issue I've been right about and condense it down into one post, it looks decent.

Juice, you wanna take this one?
 I'd have to take a look at her employment contract, if she has one. If not then I think the only case she has as an at-will employee would be if FTI was stupid and said they fired her as a result of their investigation, which determined that she acted out of racism. If they say there are objective facts that make her a racist, and they fired her because of those facts, that might be something, maybe.

But most likely, no, she's got nothing.

Do you encourage wrongfully detained suspects not to say anything to prove their innocence? Should they offer to put the cuffs on themselves and give the cops a foot massage as well for thier trouble? Would the cops be justified in shooting him in the head after they cuffed him? Perhaps the man had a talking disorder that would have killed him anyway so like in Minnesota the murder would have been just been an assisted suicide. Tell me, since you claim to be not trained but are very adept at suggesting you have expertise, what lack of training would you lean on to judge the qualifications of the medical examiners? Have you thought about starting your own medical examiner certification program?

How have you established that my post represents "the first thing that jumped to [my] mind"? Once it was established that the guy wasn't an FBI agent, I wanted to make a joke about the other horrible things FBI agents have done recently. I have never "suggested" nor claimed expertise in anything, I don't think. You want to project that onto me because, for some reason, you have a massive hardon for me. So you are calling for the killing of American citizens because...why? Maybe your feelings get hurt so you want people to die so you don't have to hear things you don't like? I will gladly be reporting this message to law enforcement.

I know you were inaccurate that's why I wrote the post. Do you understand how questioning works? You're quite often wrong which is why you should stick to things that you know. Usually people want to be as honest and truthful as possible when writing about important things. It's called respect for knowledge. You on the other hand have no problem writing absolute bullshit and then walking it back only when called on it. You have no moral compass with respect to being truthful. You're full of shit.

Why not? You share literally everything else. Chances are whatever you share is going to be bullshit anyway, so I'm not sure why you're pumping the breaks now after having no self-control whatsoever everywhere else on the messageboard.

The point is you present yourself as an authority when you have no authority. Can you stop? We've established you have no credentials so stop the pretensions, all you're doing is spreading harmful disinformation.

It looks like you have warped experiences. Plenty of people are calling you out not because of "inadequacy" but because you're oblivious to how much of a piece of shit you are. The rest of your guess also confirms that you're a narcissist. Usually narcissists have better grounds for the narcissism so you’re even failing at that.

No, I'm not. I'm pretty sure shakes was having a laugh there, and I played along with the joke and then gave my opinion. I'm quite certain that every poster here knows I'm not an attorney.

Then please eat shit instead of pontificating on things you know absolutely nothing about especially medical things.

I know more than "absolutely nothing" about the law, so all good there. And outside of that, I'll continue to talk about whatever I want, and as Nurse With an Attitude can try to correct me when you can, except in cases when you claim I'm wrong but ultimately I'm right like with LV fibrillation and heart failure.

Yes, I'm hypocritical for wanting force used to stop mass rioting. You got me.

So you are calling for the killing of American citizens because...why? Maybe your feelings get hurt so you want people to die so you don't have to hear things you don't like? I will gladly be reporting this message to law enforcement.
   Sure man, call the cops.

[quote="Juice's Lecture Notes wrote:

No, that's personal stuff that I don't want to share with you.

Why not? You share literally everything else. Chances are whatever you share is going to be bullshit anyway, so I'm not sure why you're pumping the breaks now after having no self-control whatsoever everywhere else on the messageboard.
This is the worst butchering of the quote function I've ever seen. But anyway:

1. I love how one inaccuracy (but ultimately being correct) gets turned into a referendum on having a "moral compass with respect to being truthful". An inaccuracy is not a lie, dingus. You also have no idea how often I'm right or wrong.

2. What "literally everything else" do I share? I'm not sharing personal things with you, because you're obviously a message board lunatic who has a particular fondness for me specifically. And who gets to decide what is personal? You guessed it: Me.

How have you established that my post represents "the first thing that jumped to [my] mind"? Once it was established that the guy wasn't an FBI agent, I wanted to make a joke about the other horrible things FBI agents have done recently. I think I remember my first thought while watching the video being wondering why or how the cops would try to arrest someone for warrants that they claim to know by face, but send officers that don't know the guy by face.

The rest of your "critique" here is just utter nonsense.

I'm wrong. Sorry.
Apology accepted. You can run along now.

I don't know how to "speak like you have training". I guess I tend to focus on detail when I write, maybe? Dunno. I'll use my tongue not so perty for ya next time.

The point is you present yourself as an authority when you have no authority. Can you stop? We've established you have no credentials so stop the pretensions, all you're doing is spreading harmful disinformation.
What authority? I'm posting on a message board you friggin' nut. Also, there's only so many "I think" and "it could be" caveats that I can use, and I do use them often, before the writing just gets clumsy and meaning is lost. And I just have to  at "harmful disinformation". I kind of want to know what "harmful disinformation" you think I've shared, but then again I also want you to know that IT'S A FUCKING MESSAGE BOARD YOU LITERAL CRAZY PERSON.

I have never "suggested" nor claimed expertise in anything, I don't think. You want to project that onto me because, for some reason, you have a massive hardon for me. In my experience that tends to come from a place of fear of inadequacy about yourself, and since you focus on my speech so much I'm going to further guess that you want to test your mettle against someone you think may be smarter than you? Well I probably am, but I'm not as learned as you are, rest assured.

I'm impervious to appeals to the masses, especially when "the masses" is "CFMB". I also hope you don't have a license to practice medicine that is contingent upon you not violating ethical rules like trying to diagnose people not under your direct care. It would be a shame if I had to report this post to the authorities.

And since it turned out that your beef really boiled down to "he talks about these topics, he must claim to be an expert!" Let me tell you: I'm not an expert, but I'm going to continue talking about whatever interests me, and let the highs of being right and the lows of being wrong come as they may, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.

Have you thought about how pretty much everyone hates you and that it's not because you're a prophet under siege it's because you're a piece of shit with verbal diarrhea which is the worse kind of a piece of shit. Take a hint jagoff.
Are there a lot of popularity contests at the nurse's station, Greg?

Yup!

Nothing worse than a long terrible post. Just keep it short and bad.

I know we have a shoutouts section but two people on this board i am very impressed with. Might be for different reasons than most of you are thinking about. I'd like to call them out here as they really improve this board :

Caller Bob - I think caller bob must be a comedian or past comedian or some kind of writer for tv or any other entertainment genre. His responses are so witty and 'professionally' funny. Many may not agree w/ his responses on topics but I can tell he's no ordinary joe to this. he's some kind of professional writer/jokster. If he does not already, he needs to get into comedic writing. Sort of reminds me of a Bob Odenkirk when he was writing comedy for his HBO show.

vitoscotti - this guy is so under appreciated on this board. He is truly an insider who use to work at the score and/or am 1000. He has stories about Murph and others that only someone who actually worked w/ these chicago radio sports hosts would know. he has so much valuable information i m always amazed why this guy doesn't write a book about sports radio and sports journalism in chicago. very impressed with his post content like 99% of the time.
