I meant what I said junior. My sister is a personal trainer and the first thing she tells a new client is NOT to have a 'weight loss goal'. i.e. I want to lose 20 pounds in 2 months. Losing weight and keeping it off requires a lifestyle change not 'dieting' for 2 months. The result should be how you feel not how much you weigh.

Blah Blah Blah.

If you dont agree with our challenge then feel free to ignore this thread. Now why don't you go play somewhere else.

Thirty minutes on the eliptical. 10 minutes eating Chipolte. The new Starbucks protein shakes (Vivanno?) are not too bad. Now I have to run tonight. Dadgummit!

Weight is just a number. If you're serious about losing weight and keeping it off one of the worst things you can do is obsess about a certain number.

How many calories does obsessing burn?

Weight at 236 On Monday

Target goal is 215 by October.

I talked to the wife and told her I was looking to lose weight, but I wouldnt know how much I would lose a week and I wanted to keep track of it. She told me she doesnt like scales, because they make her feel fat when she gets on them. THANK GOD i wasnt born a woman I thought.
