I mean, sure, the Cubs threw their opening day starter in his last game before the season and started their presumed opening day lineup and were at home and had a dugout that was obviously into this game and played against a guy with a nearly 6 ERA in the minors last year but it really is no indication of how they will do this season.

They are all exhibitions this year. This year doesn't count. Sorry the Sox are losing year one of their window, that sucks.

Cotton sucks and should not be a part of the team and there are more question Mark's in the bullpen, than reliable options. If they don't have some young arms emerge, it will be a tough task to contend.
