I watched a couple movies on TCM over the last couple weeks, and frankly i am not sure how that station can has been able to continue under the radar without any criticism. If HBO pulled Gone With the Wind, im not sure how TCM is allowed to continue airing some of the stuff from the same era unchecked. I was watching the old Bette Davis movie "Jezebel" a couple weeks back, set on a plantation with all the black maids and butlers running around yes m'aam'ing and no m'aam'ing all the white folks and my wife and I figured BLM leadership must not watch a lot of TCM.

The average age of the TCM viewer is probably 80 and it costs relative pennies to run. I'm guessing AT&T is content to leave it alone as a resource for film buffs and background noise for the dying.

i had Me-Tv on last night . Wake up this morning and Leave it to Beaver is on. Never liked that show so i don't really know a lot about it but Wally and the Beaver were at the kitchen table plotting some scheme and I forgot they have a black maid , she was pouring them punch and trying to give them sage advice.

One guy who probably would have excelled more in these woke times than when he lived is Paul Lynde.

His Hollywood Squares responses are classic but think if he was allowed to not be in the closet and go full blast. He would have been 100x funnier.
