This guy is a cherry picker just like you. AZ has finally started leveling off because most cities and business started enforcing masks. We have long way to go but it has slowed cases and hospitalizations and as long as it continues the numbers will get better and we can avoid a total shutdown.

Here's where you and I disagree. And the masks are only part of it. We have permanently altered our society. There is no going back. You're going to see how difficult it is to "reopen". Thirty-one people under the age of 17 have died from this virus and that is considered too great a risk for children to return to school. I'm not sure where the U.S. will be in 100 years but I'm almost certain I'm in for a rough ride the rest of my life.

Again, agreed, but the masks are 1% of it. Think about the dozens of problems that need IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Many of which, in themselves, are fucking us up the ass. The Fed's money tree, the depression, race issues, our horseshit education, China, the twitter idiocracy, the media, Wall St, etc.

There isn't a chance in hell we come out of this unscathed. Life as we know it(well at least as we knew it from the mid 80's to March 2020)is over. I ain't sweating masks. I'm trying to get my ducks in a row.
