Well for Starbucks my logic goes as follows. I order ahead on the app . I wait to pick up so I know my drink will be ready. All I’m doing is opening the door, stand far enough away from anyone in there, tell them my name when they ask and they put the drink thru the plexiglass opening onto the counter which I then take and leave. Total time I’m in the store is about 20-30 seconds. I’m in proximity to no one while I’m in there and I don’t touch any surface. I don’t have COVID. I’m no danger to anyone. Notwithstanding the fact their previous policy of allowing the shit and piss stained homeless to set up camp in there for as long as they wanted and not say boo to them. That’s was ok but I’m carrying the Black Plague for being in there 30 seconds without a mask but practicing social distancing ? Gtfo with that shit.
