Is Yu Darvish ahead of Lester in the starting rotation? Who thought that was a good idea?

I have idea how this team will do this year but they did not spend and went on the cheap.

Yu was 6-8 with a 3.98 ERA

Lester was 13-10 with a 4.46 ERA

I'm off on Saturday. I should go to Wrigley and wander around.

the name Marquee is pretty stupid. who thought this name up? the logo itself makes on sense. any regular non cubs baseball fan would have clue that marquee is associated w/ the cubs.

why didnt they just call it the cubs network. or Cubs Tv. etc...


forgot to add - the telecast is boring as fuck. now i dont know if that has to do w/ the fact nobody is in the ballpark. maybe im just use to see the ballpark full.

Another rule that makes no sense. They are allowed to sell tickets for rooftops seats but can't sell a limited amount of seats inside?

Those rooftop seats are for rubes. Shitty view and you can't see half the field. Average food and they don't put out the better stuff until the thrid inning or so. The only time I go is for corporate events or fundraisers.

I mean, since it's on ESPN you might think it's a national game like Sunday Night Baseball and the local channel doesn't get it.

That was the entire point of the deadline deal, the announcement, etc..the day before so it could be broadcast. It's an insanely stupid fucking question.

Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN is national only. They've had the Cubs on random Mondays and holidays and the games were still on Comcast because they weren't national games
