Once again Mike has taken up his "You can't write and be on the radio" rant again, like it is too hard to do. As if there is some conflict of interests.

He then went to say Boers is a guy who chose one and went with it. Thats why he respects him. (I am sure Boers feels better)

So does that mean Mike does not respect Mulligan and Hanley?

My favoite then the idiot goes on to rip mark Potash, for writing something bad about Mongo, but saying "he is beloved" in the sama article and then North says "I like Mark, but" He just did the same thing he ripped on a guy for! My god man, you are such a moron, you don't even know it

If I remember correctly, all of the originals kept their day jobs for at least the first year the SCORE existed.

Mike would lose to Mulligan and Handley head-to-head.

Anyone think otherwise?

i couldn't agree more. A local morning show that actually dissects chicago sports? Interesting concept.

They'd be a great fit for a morning show. Laid back with good analysis and not grating voices or annoying topics to listen to early in a work day. Too bad it will never happen.

I am assuming Mike says this because having 2 jobs doesn't allow them to completely focus on one job. I don't think necessarily applies here though because it's not like their 2 jobs are compeletely different - it's still covering sporting events. I would be in more agreement if they were missing their show because they were constantly traveling with a team.

It's also ironic that Mike brings this up considering some he has put together some of the more illogical arguments I've seen one person do over the last month. Perhaps he should concern himself with making sense before questioning other shows.

I liked it when Mully & Hanley sat in for Pappy recently.

When is North's next vacation anyway?

Mully and Hanley are a good tandem, and I flip over to them when the Waddle love gets too much to stand. North would lose easily to "dese two" especially since not only do they cover local sports well, they understand nation issues a helluva lot more than Mike.

North talking about focus on a job, this coming from a guy who didnt change one thing the last three years of his train wreck of a show. He is the king of meatballs, the problem is that M/H are a far better show in a month, then his was ever, he hasmorning show envy.

Tom Fool is a better name. They have not even been a full hsow for 30 days. Where did you get these ratings? The Mike North Radio Consulting Firm?
