A pussy with a cannon for an arm. So you have to play it out.

Kyle Farnsworth, at best.
Carrie Woods had 71 wins as a starter for the Cubs.

Ill take the over on Kopech wins if we set the over under at 71.

Not me. I think that if this guy makes it, it will be as a reliever. There have been a lot more "colorful types" in the bigs as relievers than starting pitchers. He is going to be an interesting guy to follow.

We are going to possibly have 2 shortened seasons and a strike. I don't think we are going to see him pitch in a Sox uniform again.

Wow. Now that’s a bold prediction

interesting to note, but because he doesn't qualify as high risk, this won't count as a service time year. I'd honestly rather have him sit out the 60 game season if it preserves another year under team control.

I'll take the under. $52 wager?

Hmmm, crickets from Frankie Four-Fingers

Also, you guys need to get off this "cannon for an arm" thing. You need more than 2 pitches and have to sustain said velocity without tearing your shoulder every year. Alot of dudes can roid up and throw 100+, doesn't mean they will be good MLB pitchers.

 One year from a strike and people still think players will put up with a 6 year service time clause.

For those that might be curious:

https://670thescore.radio.com/chicago-w ... l-playoffs

This was the interview Mac, Spiegs and Parkins had with him on March 3rd. The good stuff comes from roughly 5:40 on.

I guess my main takeaway in hindsight is I’d love to hear him speak in detail with this type of candor about his recent decision to opt out. I’m sure it will come at some point. We’ll see.

It's cute Ogie is worried about service time with a dude that never plays to begin with. When is he arb eligible? 2040?

I wish he didn't speak about it. Push those feelings down. Down deep. Then cover them with alcohol. Worked for CC Sabathia.

That is definitely an option.

Alcohol plus Slump Busters works too, said the guy who led the 90s in hits and doubles. But I don’t think Kopech can hit

Her pregnancy announcement didn't include him so I'm wondering if he isn't the father.

Guessing that may be the reason he's having issues mentally.

They were just married in January! Though the marriage will still be longer than his baseball career.

With a strike on the horizon, IMO he is done.

She probably realized he's never going to get a big payday, and smartly bailed right away.
