You were a big part of the creation of the Politics Section. In fact, it may have even been your idea. I don't remember. But one thing I know for sure is that the idea behind it wasn't to purge the main board of any and every political thought, but rather to cut down the constant #RESIST/#MAGA threads that were rendering the board unreadable for much of the membership, not to mention potential users, who simply aren't interested in such stuff.
This topic definitely isn't that. It's much more akin to the Lightfoot thread. It's certainly not the "Republican Senator backs Trump so he sucks" or "Insubordinate Generals piss on Trump so they are heroes" topics that some insist on posting on the main board just to be douchebags. Sure, you could have put it in Politics, but it's not the type of political topic that the Politics Section was designed to segregate. Frankly, I probably would have put it in the COVID section rather than General Discussion, but whatever.

There is no doubt that if Hillary Clinton were President no amount of Hillary bashing would be acceptable. Hell you bring her up even though she has been irrelevant for the better part of 4 years now.
You removed Trump from the Coronavirus discussion even though he is the most important figure in the coronavirus saga. More important than either Pritzker or Lightfoot. You allowed obvious political threads i.e. Lightfoot and JB and others to be started in non political threads yet you told your message board world that Trump was off limits.
As far as partisanship goes is there anyone more partisan than guys like Atlas, Hawk and CC? They can't go a post without left bashing. Neither can Fuknuggitt, WFR, and Litigation Notes yet you never present any opposition to it.
The words "liberal" and ""left" and that's being euphemistic, are tossed around more often than a Vegas hooker working out of the Flamingo. All the while nothing. There is obvious bias at work but it's cool though it doesn't go unnoticed.
