Benetti is fine. Remember they are calling these games from Guaranteed Rate field, they are not in Kansas City.

And keep in mind we were used to Hawk for so many years. One of the best ever.

Yeah. I agree with that. To me Hawk was like your big friendly Uncle Joe who always had a joke and rassled with you but he also was no one to mess with and had a little edge to him. You just knew that. I really miss Hawk and wish him well.

Eh. I don't mind that lineup so much. Getaway day and its an early start after a night game. Mendick cannot possibly be worse at SS than Leury provided he still has both of his arms at the start of today's game.

A 4-2 road trip would be outstanding after that clusterfuck doubleheader loss in Cleveland.
