It’s hard to predict a 4 game sweep.

I’m gonna guess 3 of 4. Mills takes the L and everyone else steps up

Which would put them at 10-3 heading into their 3 day weekend.

It is refreshing to see Ross use the DH to keep the lineup mostly intact game after game. He used Caratini more early, now he is playing Bote more. But 7-8 spots in the lineup are steady day after day except for injuries, a little platooning, and Caratini as Darvish's personal catcher.

I think that by the end of the season he will get there. He just wants to get Hoerner more reps first.

I don't think Bote DHs though, he will play the field like in tonight's lineup and Bryant or one of the OFs would DH.

I accidentally had 2 DH. I meant for Schwarber in LF.

I could also do Bryant in LF, Bote at 3B and Schwarber DH'ing.

Schwarber has very good numbers in limited DH starts in his career.

They need to end this Bryant lead off experiment quick. I feel bad for him because it's unfair to put him there and expect him to produce right away.

Billy Hamilton was just available a few days ago - Mets got him. He may be passed his prime but better than any of these fake lead off hitters the cubs have.

Just pretend he's batting 2nd and Heyward hit a grounder to start the game.
