I can see generally youth-driven movements not capturing the attention or interest of older observers like RR and LTG. The older folks tend to be skeptical of youth movements anyway - check out the average age of the Bernie crowd, even though that movement is/was ironically led by a man in his 70s.

I know it's cliche to mention this but the whole debate here about the visibiity of BLM just underscores how minority communities don't think in lockstep with one another. There are black folks who hate BLM and there are BLM folks who hate other black folks. There are BLM folks who hate other BLM folks. It's not always a crystal clear thing when it comes to minority movements.

I would politely point out that a blackjack has nothing to do with the color of the card but instead requires a ten, jack, queen or king of any color. I am sure the casino would be fine if he pulled out a black five to go along with that Ace.....

The key to enjoying blackjack is not worrying about what anyone else does. If third base takes a bad hit, it is just as likely to help you as it is to hurt you. If the dealer let you pick which card he would use between the next card in the shoe or the second, does it really matter which one he uses? You only know afterwards....
